The Ponderosa Lodge is a highlight of our year, and the kids and grown-ups alike enjoy the wonderful breakfasts and great hosting. Can't wait to see how Liam has grown next year.

I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at the Ponderosa Lodge again. All the improvements over the last year to the lodge show your hard work and dedication to creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Your hospitality and charm will surely spread and if your not already turning people away I'm sure you soon will be.

Although our group filled the lodge, it never felt cramped or anxious. And considering we were quite the diverse group, that’s saying something! We ranged in age from 3 to 78, and because the Ponderosa is so spacious and accessible, our quadriplegic friend was able to join us and enjoy your hospitality as well. You are wonderful hosts, excellent cooks and knowledgeable guides to the area. It was so nice to wake up to your tasty breakfasts, as well as to be able to use the kitchen to cook our own dinners. My daughter and the other kids really enjoyed the grounds—ponds, volleyball field, hammock, etc.! Thanks so much for taking such good care of us and making our West Virginia vacation so very comfortable. Take care, good luck and hope to see you next year!
