Ken & Lucie at the grist mill
I currently live and work in the New River Gorge region of West Virginia, where I run a Bed & Breakfast Inn, The Ponderosa Lodge. West Virginia is such a beautiful and exciting state to tour that I wanted to share it’s many attractions with my friends. Being a new father, and budget minded, I’m going to focus mostly on the free or nearly inexpensive things that a family can do in this wonderful state.
