Foster Hill Retreat
Foster Hill Retreat is currently not available for rent.
Less than 10 minutes from The Ponderosa Lodge, and only five minutes from the New River Gorge Bridge and numerous whitewater rafting companies, the Foster Hill Retreat is a new addition to The Ponderosa Lodge facilities. The Foster Hill Retreat will sleep up to 8 people in 2 full beds, 1 day bed and trundle and 1 futon. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room and a fully equiped kitchen. Linens and towels are provided. Breakfast is not included in the rate.

Our Cottage Policies
To make a reservation, please call our toll free number, 877-246-9972. A two night minimum stay is required. Rates and minimum stay may vary according to season. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Deposit: A credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or Discover - is required when making a reservation. A 50% down payment of the total is due for confirmation of the reservation. Deposits are accepted by credit card or check and are due within 7 days. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: We are a privately run lodge. As such, cancellations affect us greatly. We do not overbook rooms. We hold your reservations for those dates, turning others away for that time period. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation period. A refund will be granted for a cancellation only if rooms are re-rented for your reservation period. A 20% service charge will be deducted from all rental refunds. No shows and early departures will be charged for the full amount of their reservation. Cancellation requests must be made by speaking directly with the innkeepers - cancellations left on the answering machine, postal mail, email or through any other method will not be honored.
Pets: We regret that we do not offer lodging for pets due to insurance coverage. A $200.00 damage fee will be charged for non-compliance to this policy.
Smoking: Foster Hill Retreat is smoke free. Smoking is allowed outside. A $200.00 damage fee will be charged for non-compliance to this policy.
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out time must be arranged prior to arrival and written in the confirmation letter.
