Our Policies
To make a reservation, please call us at 304-438-7113. A two night minimum stay is required. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

Deposits and Confirmation: A credit card – Mastercard, Visa, or Discover – is required when making a reservation. A 1 night deposit of the total is due for confirmation of the reservation. Deposits are accepted by credit card or check. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt. Inquiries are accepted by e-mail and phone.

Cancellation: We are a privately run lodge. As such, cancellations affect us greatly. We do not overbook rooms. We hold your reservations for those dates, turning others away for that time period. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation period. A refund will be granted for a cancellation only if the lodge is re-rented for your reservation period. A 20% service charge will be deducted from all rental refunds. No shows and early departures will be charged for the full amount of their reservation. Cancellation requests must be made by speaking directly with the innkeepers – cancellations left on the answering machine, postal mail, email or through any other method will not be honored.

Pets: We regret that we do not offer lodging for pets due to insurance coverage. We can recommend kennels in the area for people traveling with pets.

Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in time is 3 PM. If you will be arriving after 10 PM please inform us beforehand. Check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-out time must be arranged prior to arrival and written in the confirmation letter.

Smoking: Our entire facility is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. An additional fee will be charged if there is smoke damage to any room.
