Ten Cozy Rooms
With private baths in every room and real beds—not just bunks or futons—for 32 people, we’re the ideal space for group retreats. The Lodge features 10 bedrooms total. Five of the bedrooms have two full beds, one bedroom has two queen beds, one bedroom has a king bed, and three of the bedrooms have one queen bed. Every bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets, towels and soap.
We do not rent single rooms, so your group can be assured that you’re our only guests here. Our rates for the entire Lodge are:
$1100/night for up to 22 people
$1200/night for 23-32 people

New River Gorge Bridge Suite
The New River Gorge Bridge Suite features 2 queen peeled white cedar log beds. The room is artfully decorated with photographs showcasing the New River Gorge Bridge.
Thurmond Bedroom
The Thurmond Bedroom features 2 full Adirondack quilt log beds. The room is artfully decorated with photographs showcasing Southern West Virginia’s most famous ghost town.
Gauley River Bedroom
The Gauley River bedroom features 2 full peeled white cedar log beds. The room is artfully decorated with photographs showcasing the natural beauty of the Gauley River.
Tamarack Bedroom
The Tamarack bedroom features 1 queen hand peeled cedar twig bed. The room is artfully decorated with photographs highlighting the Tamarack.

Policies & Reservations
Our Policies
To make a reservation, please call us at 304-438-7113. A two night minimum stay is required. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Deposits and Confirmation: A credit card – Mastercard, Visa, or Discover – is required when making a reservation. A 1 night down payment of the total is due for confirmation of the reservation. Deposits are accepted by immediately by credit card or check. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt. Inquiries are accepted by e-mail and phone. However, reservations are only accepted by phone.
Cancellation: We are a privately run lodge. As such, cancellations affect us greatly. We do not overbook rooms. We hold your reservations for those dates, turning others away for that time period. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation period. A refund will be granted for a cancellation only if the lodge is re-rented for your reservation period. A 20% service charge will be deducted from all rental refunds. No shows and early departures will be charged for the full amount of their reservation. Cancellation requests must be made by speaking directly with the innkeepers – cancellations left on the answering machine, postal mail, email or through any other method will not be honored.
Pets: We regret that we do not offer lodging for pets due to insurance coverage. We can recommend kennels in the area for people traveling with pets.
Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in time is 3 PM. If you will be arriving after 10 PM please inform us beforehand. Check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-out time must be arranged prior to arrival and written in the confirmation letter.
Smoking: Our entire facility is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. An additional fee will be charged if there is smoke damage to any room.
