Around the Lodge

If you’re not into venturing out, no problem! We have much to do right here at the Lodge, including everything from leisurely hikes to naps.

Our Extensive Game Room

With an abundance of games and movies, plus ping pong and plastic axe throwing, this room will keep your group entertained for hours on end.

Farm Tours

We raise a wide variety of farm animals from Spring to Fall, and we grow a wide variety of fruit and vegetables, too. We’re happy to take you on a tour, or feel free to stroll the grounds at your leisure. We are a working farm, however, not a petting zoo. Farm animals can and do bite. Therefore, we kindly ask that guests not enter any outbuildings, high tunnels, or pastures—or open any animal cages without our consent and assistance.

Hiking

Our mile long hiking trail through the fields and woods surrounding the lodge is perfect for relaxing and wildlife viewing. Strolling along the trail, you might spy butterflies, deer, wild turkey, owls, bobcat, coyote, bear and more than 90 species of birds!

Lounging Around Lazily

Hey, this is your time, and the Lodge is at your disposal. If you want to curl up with a book or take a nap—or both—please feel free!

Campfires

A large campfire ring with plenty of space around it for the group gives you the perfect evening hang-out for s’mores and stories of the day’s adventures. There’s a horseshoe pit, too!
